Vibrant pinks, deep magenta and a touch of black make this colour way really pop - I cant wait to cast on a love note sweater in this colour way - held with a nude mohair I really think this would be stunning.
Slub yarn is so soft - like softer than you would think soft! The construction is similar to a handspun yarn with little nubs for texture - this yarn is 90% merino with 10% nylon, the nylon gives the nubs something to cling to so they cant be pulled off like a nep you would see in a donegal for instance.
This colour way is also available in platinum sock (80/20 merino nylon) and platinum dk (80/20 merino nylon)

. I bought more of this to make a jumper, i purposefully asked lisa for skeins that vary slightly, and i love them. I'm knitting a long loose fitting jumper with random lines of dark grey. I also love the way the nubs appear and remain intact.
I love the way this knits up , its so soft and the slubs in it give your knitting interesting texture. I think plain knitting highlights the slubs beautifully.
